Aug 18, 2010

Mustang parts retailer CJ Pony Parts hosted its 10th annual Customer Appreciation Day on August 14 at its headquarters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The event, which featured near over 500 Mustangs on display, live entertainment and a parts raffle, ended up raising $19,200 for the Penn State Hershey Four Diamonds Fund, which assists children battling cancer at the Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital. The total amount raised shattered the company’s original goal to raise $10,000 for the charity. The money was raised through donations, T-shirt sales, parts sales and through a raffle.

According to CJ Pony Parts blog, awards were to the top three Mustangs in each category, which included best Early-Model, Fox Body, Late-Model and 2005-2011. The Best of Show award went to an orange 1986 GT Mustang.
