“He Asked for the Wrong Thing, and Wants Me to Pay for It” Professional builders and retailers will share their experiences on being proactive with customer service, and how to order it and build it “right” the first time.
“Social Media: How to Use CONTENT to Generate New Business” Now that you have a website, Facebook, etc., industry experts will show you how to convert content into new business.
“Business of Small Business” A panel of industry experts will discuss trends in the restoration industry.
